Maintenance Declaration

A Maintenance Declaration will be required for all new and re-development.  The Maintenance Declaration must be signed and notarized by the owner of the property and the original delivered to the District offices.

With the Declaration a developer will need to provide a Maintenance Plan (example below) and exhibit (survey) for the property.  All three documents will be filed in the Real Property Records with Brazoria County.
