Agenda Packet
Notice is hereby given, the Regular Meeting of Brazoria Drainage District No. 4 Commissioners will be held July 7, 2020 at 9:00 am at the District office. We will also provide an option to call in via a telephone conference number. If you wish to be present for the meeting you must wear a face mask and maintain social distancing.
Instructions for accessing telephone conference call:
- Please call 832-481-6949; announce your name so we can log you on the sign-in-sheet.
- The agenda packet is available for download using the link above.
- The audio of the meeting will be recorded.
- The public may address the board during public comments once they have filled out the Citizen Request to Address the Board form. Form must be filled out received and acknowledged via email to info@bdd4.org no later than 9:00 am Tuesday, July 7th.
