The Owner / Developer information needs to be provided in that section of the form below. An Authorized Agent (Engineer, Surveyor, etc) will not be accepted. Failure to provide the correct, complete information for the Owner will result in the application being rejected.
All plan submittals for BDD4 will be directed through MyGov. All applicants will need to create a MyGov account and request access through the Collaborator Portal.
